How we Work
Our process is built on clear communication, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. Here’s how we work:
Step 1: Client Enquiry
We understand that your time is valuable, so we will promptly respond to your initial enquiry to book a no-obligation meeting. We will discuss your needs, budget, and timeline to ensure we are the right fit for your project.
Step 2: Site Visit
Our team will conduct a site visit to further discuss your project and gather detailed information. This will allow us to qualify if we can move forward to the next step of the process.
Step 3: Preliminary Pricing
We will provide you with a preliminary pricing estimate to ensure it aligns with your budget. This step is crucial in setting clear expectations for the project.
Step 4: Site Meeting
Once the preliminary pricing is approved, we will have a site meeting to finalise the details and qualify for the final pricing. This meeting will ensure that all aspects of the project are thoroughly discussed.
Step 5: Present Quote in Person
We will present the final quote in person, going through every aspect of the detailed costings. This is the perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions and ensure all budget concerns are addressed.
Step 6: Answer Questions and Approval
After presenting the quote, we will answer any questions you may have and address any concerns. Once you are satisfied with the quote, we will proceed to the approval stage.
Step 7: Contract
Upon approval, we will formalise and sign the contract documents, agreeing on a start date for the construction to commence. We will ensure all pre-construction requirements are met before starting the build.
Step 8: Thank You Gift
As a token of our appreciation for choosing Beyond Construction, we will provide you with a thank you gift to mark the beginning of our partnership.
Step 9: Construction Process
Once the contract is signed, we will begin the construction process, keeping you informed every step of the way. Our team will work diligently to deliver a high-quality project on schedule, ensuring your satisfaction throughout the build.

Based in the North Shore of Auckland, my team and I specialise in new builds and renovations, with a focus on clients looking for high-quality work. Over the past 8 years, we've completed countless projects, always delivering on time and with exceptional quality.
At Beyond Construction, we pride ourselves on our professionalism and communication. We have systems in place like a 287-point quality control checklist, project management software, and weekly client meetings to ensure a smooth and successful build process.

Hi there, I'm Luke, the owner of Beyond Construction. Growing up, I was immersed in the world of building from a young age, thanks to my grandad who was building our family home. I even had my first tool belt at 3 years old! Straight out of school, I dove headfirst into the building industry, and now, after 14 years of experience, I'm still as passionate as ever about creating amazing homes that owners can be proud of.
